Kevin You is a Seoul-based photographic artist. His work explores how connections are formed through people, spaces, and various forms of mediation, focusing on personal memory, present-day experience, and the moments of chance and encounter that emerge within them.

He is currently developing the Connections Trilogy, a long-term project structured around a series of distinct questions.

The first chapter, Relationships, reconstructs relationships held in memory through present-day scenes, in a reality where the physical means that once connected him to the past have disappeared.

The second chapter, Encounters, shifts his gaze to the present, observing the places he occupies and the people he encounters there. Through images, it records the physical points of contact through which people gathered for different reasons become briefly connected.

His work has been presented through exhibitions and photography festivals in Korea and abroad, and he continues to develop questions rooted in personal experience into visual narratives through photography.
